Collection of Cross Stitch Boxes

I mentioned earlier that one of my New Year's resolutions was to really focus on using extra stash in my studio that has been laying around forever taking up space. Included in this stash is a collection of vintage wooden boxes I had bought with the intentions of finishing them with cross stitch patterns. These boxes came in 6x6 and 8x8 sizes and take up a whole lot of room all together, so I really buckled down with the intent to get these things completed and set aside. Here is the finished collection, give or take a few I've already shipped out.

I've had people tell me they've used them for button boxes, keepsake boxes, pencil boxes and even recipe boxes. Apparently I'm not creative enough myself because if I had heard about some of these uses earlier, I would have probably bought more and kept a few for myself. That's always how it goes, right?

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, what a gorgeous group of boxes you've created, Alisa!! I'm sure these will be snapped right up by your buyers if they haven't already :)
