Freedom!

Hello Friends!

Just moved this patriotic easel finish off my table and I'm LOVING IT! I've always wanted to stitch this freebie by Barbara Ana Designs, and now that I have, I can't wait to stitch it again to put in one of my Fourth of July displays.

The freebie is from the Star Spangled Stitchers group on Facebook. I stitched it up a remnant of some 28 ct evenweave Monaco I had tea-dyed and then matted it with my favorite primitive homespun fabric before mounting both to this black easel. I added some twine around the edges and then made a bunch of bows our of coordinating ribbon before attaching the cover button to the center.

STITCHY DETAILS:

Pattern: Freedom (Freebie)
Designer: Barbara Ana Designs
Fabric: 28 ct tea-dyed evenweave Monaco

Thanks for stopping by!

To download the free pattern you have to be a part of (or join) the Star Spangled Stitchers group on Facebook and then go to downloads. There is no direct link, unfortunately. But if you join the group, it's easy to get (an worth it!)
